Web Design Service
Glaven Valley Internet offers a web design service for its customers, and if you would like to have your own website we can design this for you.
Whilst an entry on one of the Glaven Valley websites is the best starting point for your business, there are advantages in having your own website. We will provide a link to it from your entry on the www.glavenvalley.co.uk website - you can link to it from many other sources, and include the address in all your other advertising.
With your own website
• Your website can reflect the style, colour scheme or logo of your
business
• You can include complete photos and information, as well as additional
items like booking forms, terms of business etc.
• You can provide complete information about your business 24 hours
a day to customers at work or at home
• You have your own website and email addresses which you can include
on your stationary and any other advertising you do. This will reinforce
your business identity.
We can make it easy for you!
We can create an individual website for your business or holiday accommodation to match any existing artwork or design, or we can help you with a new design.
We can take care of all aspects of setting up and maintaining your site,
including:
1. Domain name registration e.g. www.spicecottage.co.uk - this
can be a memorable name or brand relating to your business.
2. Setting up your email addresses e.g. enquiries@spicecottage.co.uk,
- you can have any email addresses you like yourname@spicecottage.co.uk
3. Hosting of your website - this ensures that your website is always
available on the internet.
4. Updates/amendments to your website – we can make small text updates
and alterations to your site, and this is included in the annual maintenance/hosting
fee.
5. Page additions and changes - We can also add pages, change photos etc
as required but there will be a charge for this extra work.
What does it cost?
Each website is designed individually, but as a guide to pricing we can offer two outlines to work from.
Option 1
A single page website with a page header, up to 3 captioned photos and 3-4 sections of text. To include items 1-2 above (i.e. domain registration & email accounts) and items 3-4 (hosting, small updates and amendments) for the first year.
Price: £235.00 (please note there is a surcharge for .com and non UK names)

£100.00 ongoing annual fee in subsequent years to cover items 3-4 above (hosting, small updates and amendments)
Option 2
A 4-5 page website, with page header, navigation & site design to include photos & text. To include items 1-2 above (i.e. domain registration & email accounts) and items 3-4 for the first year
Price: £495.00

Brochure Design Service
We can produce high quality full colour brochures from your photos and
copy, at a reasonable cost.
Brochures are A4, full colour both sides on heavyweight gloss art paper,
roll folded to envelope size

Discount with Website
If we prepare your brochures at the same time as your website, we can offer you a discount of £100.00
Terms & Conditions
Content: Glaven Valley Internet & Print Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to host content considered to be illegal, offensive or libellous, from sites hosted by ourselves. Sites displaying such content will be taken down from our servers
Service: Every effort is made by our hosting service to offer 100% reliability and uptime and our service provider has been chosen by us because of its performance and reliability. This however cannot be guaranteed.
Usage: Data transfer is limited to 350mb per calendar month. It is permitted to exceed this limit up to 750mb pcm at a further cost of £15 per month. Further requirements negotiable.
Payment: Fees are due on receipt of invoice. All rights to the registered domain names remain with Glaven Valley Internet & Print Ltd until receipt of payment. In the event of non payment the domain name will be offered for sale. In the event of non payment Glaven Valley Internet reserves the right to remove the material from their server. Web site design fees payable as per contractual agreement. Cheques payable to Glaven Valley Internet & Print Ltd.
